參加 BOLife／Blue Ocean International Consulting Inc. 所舉辦之活動，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意以下條款。

1. 活動報到與遲到規定

🕒 Check-in & Late Arrival

• 付費活動請依照通知時間準時集合。
• 若因個人因素遲到、未報到或錯過集合時間，而導致無法參加活動或入場，恕無法退款或補償。
• 如因天候、交通管制、不可抗力等因素造成活動異動，主辦單位將另行通知。

• Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location on time.
• Late arrivals or no-shows may not be permitted to join the activity, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
• Blue Ocean reserves the right to modify the event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

2. 參與風險與責任聲明

⚠️ Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

本人了解參加戶外、旅遊、體驗或其他活動皆可能伴隨一定風險，包括但不限於：

• 身體受傷
• 意外事故
• 財物遺失或損壞
• 交通延誤
• 天候因素

本人自願參加活動，並願意自行承擔相關風險。

除法律另有規定外，參加者了解並同意，Blue Ocean International Consulting Inc.、其員工、合作夥伴、活動工作人員及相關單位，對於因參加活動所產生之人身傷害、疾病、財物損失或其他損害，在法律允許之最大範圍內，不承擔相關法律責任；惟本條款不影響法律不得排除或限制之責任。

Participants acknowledge that joining any activity may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, property damage, transportation delays, or weather-related incidents.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Ocean International Consulting Inc., its employees, contractors, partners, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss arising out of or relating to participation in the activity, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

3. 活動攝影與影音授權

📸 Photo & Media Release

活動期間可能會拍攝照片、影片或其他影音素材。

報名者同意 Blue Ocean 得於不另行通知及不支付任何報酬之情況下，將活動中拍攝之照片、影片或其他影音素材，使用於：

• 官方網站
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Threads
• YouTube
• 廣告宣傳
• 其他行銷用途

本授權為全球性、非專屬、無償且無期限。

By registering for the event, participants acknowledge that photographs, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during the activity.

Participants grant Blue Ocean International Consulting Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, reproduce, publish, and display such media for promotional, advertising, marketing, website, and social media purposes without further notice or compensation.

4. 活動取消或更改

🚩 Cancellation & Changes

主辦單位保留因天候、不可抗力、參加人數不足、安全考量或其他不可預見之因素，取消、延期或調整活動日期、時間、地點、行程內容及其他安排之權利。

Blue Ocean International Consulting Inc. reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify any activity, including its date, time, location, itinerary, or other arrangements, due to weather conditions, force majeure, safety concerns, insufficient participant numbers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. 個人物品

🎒 Personal Belongings

請妥善保管個人物品。活動期間如有任何遺失、失竊或損壞，除法律另有規定外，主辦單位概不負責。

Participants are solely responsible for the care and security of their personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Ocean International Consulting Inc. shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the activity.

6. 健康狀況

👩‍⚕️ Health Condition

參加者應確認自身身體狀況適合參加活動。如有慢性疾病、懷孕、近期手術、受傷或其他可能影響安全之健康狀況，應自行評估是否適合參與，必要時應事先諮詢專業醫療人員。

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in the activity. Those with chronic medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, or any other health concerns that may affect their safety should carefully assess their ability to participate and seek medical advice where appropriate.

7. 遵守活動規範

📣 Code of Conduct

參加者應遵守主辦單位、活動工作人員、導遊及合作單位之指示，並遵守活動相關規範。若參加者有危及自身或他人安全、違反法律或嚴重影響活動秩序之行為，主辦單位有權拒絕其繼續參與活動，且不予退款。

Participants agree to comply with all instructions provided by Blue Ocean International Consulting Inc., event staff, guides, and partner organizations, as well as all applicable activity rules. Blue Ocean reserves the right to remove any participant from the activity without refund if the participant engages in unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct that may endanger themselves, other participants, or the orderly operation of the activity.

8. 最低年齡與未成年人

👧 Minors

未滿 18 歲之參加者須由法定監護人完成報名及同意相關活動條款；部分活動可能另有最低年齡限制，請依活動頁面公告為準。

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration and accept these Event Terms & Conditions on their behalf. Certain activities may also be subject to minimum age requirements as specified in the event description.
